Each adult (18+) who will live in the home must submit their own application.

We don't collect your Social Security number or date of birth online. After you submit, ARC will call you to collect them by phone. They are used only for your credit and background check.

Include every source of income you want considered, such as SSI/SSDI, Social Security, child support, alimony, pension or retirement, unemployment, or a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) or other housing assistance. For housing assistance, enter the monthly amount the program pays toward rent.

9Proof of income & ID

Please provide proof of income, such as:

  • Your last 2-3 pay stubs
  • A signed offer letter (new job)
  • If self-employed: the last 2 years of tax returns, or recent bank statements
  • Benefit or award letters (SSI/SSDI, Social Security, pension, child support, housing voucher)

Uploads must total under 10 MB. If your files are larger, or you'd rather not upload, email them to arcrealtyandpropertymanagement@gmail.com with your full name in the subject.

10Authorization & signature

Authorization for credit and background check. I authorize ARC Realty and Property Management LLC ("ARC") and its agents to obtain my consumer credit report and run a background check, which may include eviction and public records, to evaluate this rental application. I understand ARC will contact me by phone to collect my Social Security number and date of birth for this purpose only.

Authorization to verify employment, income, and rental history. I authorize ARC to contact my current and previous employers, income sources, landlords, and references listed in this application to verify the information I provided, and I authorize them to release that information to ARC.

Certification. I certify that the information in this application is true and complete. False or incomplete information may be grounds for denial of my application. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval or reserve a home.
